Brief 

To design a dedicated dance studio within a constrained budget to strengthen schools growing reputation for dance activities in contemporary yet sympathetic style to suit the existing school buildings.

Solution  

DKS identified the most optimum site location for development and designed a dedicated design studio to comply with national design guidelines including NDTA, CABE, SE and DFES.  Building was designed to offer a combination of natural ventilation and lighting with an additional mechanical ventilation option to maintain a suitable environmetal condition.
