Brief
To plan and implement the future phased development of facilities involving expansion of the residential accommodation and remodeling and extension of the club lounge, changing rooms, shop and entrances to suit anticipated growth in demand.
Solution
To assist with the detailed and sensitive planning discussions, we prepared a strategic master plan for the forward development of the site which was designed to be implemented in successive phases and enabled the local planning authority to approve individual phases of development within the reassurance of an overall framework plan.
DKS have also completed work on a design and build project for a new club house for Cleveland Golf Club in Redcar.
