Brief 

Refurbishment and extension to public house within the grounds of Castle Howard in a National Park.

Solution 

DKS designed a new extension to link public areas to new toilet facilities and also create an internal link between bar and cellar areas. The scheme required sensitive refurbishment incorporating features and finishes in keeping with the age of the property and surrounding vernacular.
