Brief 

As part of the planned development of 200 acres on the former Samsung site we were asked to produce options for the re-use of the two large former high spec.production buildings totalling almost 300,000sq.ft  and the Office and Conference Centre

Solution 

We prepared a series of potential layout plans illustrating alternative arrangements for occupation and sub-division for the purposes of attracting and negotiating tenants seeking prestigious office and industrial accommodation
