Brief
DKS were asked to design and integrate a new 10,000 sq.ft two storey office building connected to a new 200,000 sq.ft, high pallet warehouse at Tyne Dock.
Solution
We analysed the clients requirements to create an office layout which centralized all of the clients logistics and distribution operations with control over the warehouse operations. Working with engineers White Young Green, we produced an integrated solution which satisfied the clients operational requirements in terms of managing both office and warehouse functions together in one place.
