Brief 

A design and build project to extend the existing retail floor space for a wholesale cash and carry warehouse  by 15,000 sq.ft, whilst minimizing disruption to the daily business operations

Solution

Working with the client and contractor we were able to plan, design and sequence operations to ensure that aesthetically the new extension blended seamlessly with the existing and that the project was competed without any loss of trading during construction
