Brief 

To design a new warehouse and office with welfare facilities for up to 50 employees for the relocation of Armstrong Richardson agricultural wholesale suppliers from a tight town centre location to a new Industrial estate in Stokesley. 

Solution

DKS worked with client to identify most efficient layout of arranging their products before designing the warehouse to suit.  Working within the established economic structural grid DKS then designed an attractive two storey contemporary styled office providing an attractive welcoming elevation to their customers.  Following the design process DKS were then novated to the Design & Build contractor to assist with detailing and on site management during construction.
