Brief

To provide a small residential development on a Greenfield site to provide privacy and security.

Solution

To provide 2 connecting two storey blocks – one providing utility facilities and an L-shaped accommodation block.  A wall connecting the two blocks completed the enclosure of the inner landscaped gardens.  External material were a subtle lend of facing brickwork to match adjacent properties and feature areas of render and timber boarding.
