Brief

To provide a residential development on a Greenfield site to ensure the maximum amount of privacy and security.


Solution:

To develop 3-two store buildings.  A series of high level walls joining the buildings together to form an enclosed inner courtyard which was heavily landscaped.  Each building was designed to house a separate function i.e. administration, accommodation and recreation.  External materials were facing brickwork with an artificial slate roof to blend in with other properties in the area.
