Brief

A new-build multi-use facility to provide IT, Drama, Recording Studio and Performance space, together with meeting rooms and social areas which are available to both businesses and the local community.

Solution 

Designed and detailed in partnership with the local authority, a key feature of the design is the large central glazed circulation and social space which welcomes visitors into the building and accommodates display and café areas. All areas are accessible from this central area which clearly articulates the location of facilities available.
