Brief
We have undertaken a series of Feasibility / Appraisal studies to analyse existing provisions, explore alternative options and make recommendations for future developments at various sites at Crook and Tow Law in the Wear Valley.
Solution
The scope of work has included wet and dry leisure facilities, relocation of football grounds and multi agency schemes involving sport, leisure, community and further education partnerships On each occasion we prepared illustrated submission documents which summarized the proposals and were used to promote discussions and assist the various committees in making informed decisions.
