Brief 

To design a speculative two storey 8500sq.ft.high quality flexible office building capable of accommodating a range of tenant options.

Solution

The building was arranged around a central core which contained entrances, stairs / lift, toilets, meeting rooms, stores and kitchen areas.to achieve maximum flexibility and capable of accommodating permutations of between one and four separate users.
