Design Architect / Team Leader

Working alongside the partners, a unique opportunity exists for an ambitious and enthusiastic design led qualified Architect who can produce and develop feasibility designs in a variety of sectors for our increasing number of significant clients looking to develop more modern, sustainable and contemporary solutions.  Exceptional innovative yet practical design skills are essential together with a thorough knowledge of 3D presentation techniques.  The ability to run jobs from inception to completion will be a significant advantage although the role will predominantly to provide design input to various projects.  In addition the candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in liaising appropriately with clients and contractors directly.The role also offers a unique career opportunity in the Tees Valley to play a significant part in the future design direction of the practice together with the prospect of genuine career progression.

Technical Team Leader

Working on current and future projects, opportunities existing to work within the healthcare and commercial sectors on significant contemporary designed projects both locally and nationally ranging from £2M - £30M.Exceptional proven management and technical skills are required to successfully run and develop feasibilities designs through to completion. In addition the candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in liaising appropriately with clients and contractors directly.The role offers an exciting career opportunity to play a significant part in the future direction of the practice at management level together with the prospect of genuine career progression.

Technician / Technologist

Working predominantly in the Commercial, Housing and Healthcare sectors opportunities exist for an enthusiastic architectural technician / technologist to gain further experience working on some of the most exciting projects in the region.Applications are encouraged from applicants at various levels of qualification and or experience although familiarity with AutoCAD is essential together with ability to work as a team player.  Interest in contemporary styles of architecture would be advantageous together with aptitude and desire to progress further in practice.The successful applicants to the above posts will benefit from working in a flexible, relaxed working atmosphere with excellent career prospects working within the fastest growing design led practice in the Tees Valley.  In addition we offer a very competitive remuneration package that includes healthcare, pension and profit share to acknowledge the valued input our staff make to the success of the practice.If you are interested in the prospect of joining our team and would like to explore these posts further please apply as follows:
