DKS firmly believes that more can be acheived as a team than as a collection of individuals. Like any team whether in sport or business, DKS recognise that to be successful, the team needs to be well trained, value each others contribution, recognise individual strengths, characteristics and weaknesses too. DKS believe that hard work can also be rewarding and with the right frame of mind, coming to work can be an extremely positive and enjoyable experience.
DKS enjoys the challenge work brings, but also loves to kick-back doing all kinds of interesting stuff together, whether it be playing pool in the office or getting together socially, attending seminars, visiting exhibitions or architectural study trips. DKS want to create a "design culture" environment and plan to enjoy it!
